Job Scope : Oversee all aspects of HR : Recruitment, employment, employee relations, training, anddevelopment Maintain harmonious industrial relations, including organizational health and well-being Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations Ensure adherence to company policies and processes Supervise and oversee the implementation of HR policies, processes, and structures Review, develop, and recommend improvements to the organizational structure, processes, andpolicies Proactively address HR concerns and issues Support employees' professional and personal growth through supervision and oversight Engage in company planning and organizational meetings Maintain the completeness and confidentiality of all HR records Represent the company in external HR communities and associationsPreferred Qualifications : Graduate of Psychology or Management 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on either employment or employeemaintenance At least 30 years old Creative and critical thinker Strong written and oral communication skills Amiable and sociable Reliable, with the ability to establish good rapport and relationships within the organization
