About the TeamThis role will work on our new business in Philippines and will be responsible for critical early stage work including the launch and deployment of logistics from the ground up. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics service and experience team. Together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users. Responsibilities : - Be responsible for handling claim tickets and managing logistics compensation with logistics service suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate claims handling by optimizing the compensation rules, SOPs and ticket system, etc- Manage and improve logistics customer service team performance by improving service efficiency through standardizing SOP, metrics monitoring, tools iteration and logistics exception handling, etc.- Be able to analyze and classify logistics problems and output experience insight reports by data analysis, deep dive on enquires, etcQualificationsMinimum Qualifications : - Bachelor degree or above, 3- 5 years or above working experience in customer service team and have knowledge of logistics- Fluent English is necessary Preferred Qualifications : - Fluent Chinese will be an outstanding advantage- Strong communication skills and good at handling disputes. - Proactive and continuous improvement attitude, patience, and attention to detail ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
