Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Information Technology. Communication : Strong ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders. Experience with Lenovo ThinkSystem SR650 V3 servers Schedule : 8x5 Support Fully Onsite (San Miguel, Manila)
Job Description :
- Provide Level 1 field support and Remote support for servers (SR650 V3).
- Ensure proper installation, replacement, and handling of approved Lenovo FRUs / CRUs.
- Maintain documentation and ensure proper part return per Lenovo standards.
- Basic hardware diagnostics (visual inspection, POST behavior, indicator LEDs).
- Replacement of approved CRUs / FRUs per Lenovo Field Replacement procedures (c / o Lenovo)
- Basic physical installation and removal of hardware components (c / o Lenovo)
- Follow Lenovo hardware manuals and ESD procedures.
- Ticket updates and service documentation.
