Requirements :

✨Bachelor's degree or diploma holder

✨With at least 2 to 3 years 'of experience in project coordination, support, or a similar role

✨With experience in coordination activities in relation to events and contract management.

✨Willing to work in a project based(6months)

✨Can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities :

✨ Provides comprehensive project and program support across designated functional groups and business processes.

✨ Monitors project, program, and system status, including budgets and timelines, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

✨ Ensures adherence to project frameworks and maintains accurate, up-to-date documentation throughout all project phases.

✨ Develops, updates, and manages project calendars to enable timely completion of key milestones and deliverables.

✨ Delivers technical and operational support, including system training, documentation preparation, data analysis, progress tracking, and basic coding / configuration activities.
