Salary : 20,000 - 25,000

With Saturday schedule

Required Experience :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 3 years in IT support or systems administration.
• Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, Windows / Linux environments, and cybersecurity.
• Preferred Experience : Experience with cloud platforms, ERP systems, and ATS tools is a significant plus.
• Soft Skills : Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Job Description :

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Engineer / Supervisor to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure across both office and manufacturing operations. This role is critical to ensuring system reliability, data security, and seamless onboarding support for new employees.

Maintain and monitor servers, networks, and hardware systems

Provide technical support for software, hardware, and connectivity issues

Manage user accounts, access controls, and system permissions

Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure data protection compliance

Support onboarding / offboarding processes with IT setup and deactivation

Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and maintenance

Document IT procedures and train staff on basic system use
