Job description
  • Responsibilities
  • Assist with all facets of human resources
  • Collect raw data requested by the Owner or Senior HR Manager
  • Create reports from collected data
  • Coordinate with different department managers and staff
  • Organize record files
  • Assist in trainings, audit, and enforcement of procedures
  • Monitor and remind schedules and deadlines
  • Assist in timely performance evaluation

    • Qualifications :

    • Licensed Psychometrician is an advantage
    • Proficient in MS Office Powerpoint and Excel
    • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Must be highly analytic
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
    • Must be able to work immediately
