Property Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:

WILL BE INCHARGE WITH REAL ESTATE LISTINGS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for sourcing real estate listings with minimal upload into the tracking systems. Headline information needed to be outlined below.
• Information Required Property Name and address Landlord name and contact details Unit Size / floor plans / title if possible Availability date Photographs
• Focus on industrial warehousing but included scope for all asset classes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Ad/Real Estate or any relevant course
• Real Estate broker license is a plus points
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen to details
• Willing to travel across North and South Luzon Provinces (Laguna to Pampanga)
• A plus if candidates has a motorbike to travel around
• Must have a broader knowledge with real estate market
