We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional user experiences for our digital products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define and prioritize user requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Design and iterate on user interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with best practices and brand guidelines.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to validate and improve design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers and UI designers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, maintaining a strong focus on user experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and advocate for the importance of UX within the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience of at least 5 years as a UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or any related program/course
