Systems Administrator

Position Responsibilities:

System Administrator will be a key element to support infrastructure and is expected to provide a high level of technical support to customers. The Administrator applies creative problem-solving techniques to identify the source of problems; A System Administrator is expected to use initiative and advise on potential pitfalls that a customer may experience, using existing or planned methods, and suggest alternatives that may better serve the stability to ensure efficient and available 24x7 Data Center operations on servers and systems.

Job Requirements: a) Graduate of Computer Engineering/ Electronics & Communications Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology;b) With minimum of one (1) year experience in Systems Administration and two (2) years in Technical Support; c) Familiar with Microsoft desktop operating system and office applications and capable of troubleshooting hardware and software problems on Windows platform;d) Managing, deploying and troubleshooting Windows server system, Application Systems (IIS) and Hyper-V Servers;e) Knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint Portal Administration, SCCM Administration/other monitoring system and UNIX/LINUX administration;f) With at least one (1) year experience in MAC OS platform, hardware and networking technology;g) Knowledge in networking;h) Proficient in written and oral communication skills Other Information: a) Works well with people
