Job Description
Implements strategies to achieve marketing goals and monitors marketing goals to ensure that the products/services remain competitive. Develops and recommends strategies and goals for the marketing of products/services, including market direction, pricing, and cost planning. Works with and provides marketing support to the company staff responsible for selling the assigned products/services; Develops promotional strategies to help meet marketing goals; develops promotional literature. Oversee implementation of advertising strategies and programs. Assesses products/services to ensure that the company remains competitive; identifies opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing products. Graduate of any business-related or agriculture-related course from reputable University. With above average scholastic records. Preferably with 2 years experience in Brand Management. With business savvy and above average marketing acumen. Must be creative, flexible, and willing to work under pressure. MBA graduate or units taken an advantage. Must know how to drive and holder of a valid driver’s license.
