IT Monitoring Specialist

About the team:
You will join our multinational Development & Tools team in Global IT. Here, we are responsible for monitoring the End-User Performance, Application Performance, and Infrastructure. Currently, we are using monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Aternity and Zabbix.

Your responsibilities:

• Setup and maintenance of application and platform monitoring.
• Generation and publication of reports on application and infrastructure performance.
• Performing troubleshooting and performance analysis for all branches.
• Establishment of operational processes for full delivery of monitoring tool capabilities.
• Arrangement and coordination of monitoring deployment for application.
• Close cooperation with various technical teams and vendors to ensure and maintain vital dialogue and relationship in achieving common objectives.
• Updating and creating documentation and reports.

Our requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Proactive person and team player
• Good time management skills, especially working with deadlines
• Scripting skills: good knowledge of PowerShell and/or Python
• Experience with reporting using Tableau
• AppDynamics, Aternity and/or Zabbix general knowledge will be an asset.
• Automation, DevOps, and data driven techniques.
• Knowledge regarding DevSecOps and GitOps processes
• Work closely with dev teams to build, test, and deploy well engineered information systems and ecosystems
• Knowledge regarding Toolchain, Bitbucket, Artifactory and Jenkins
• Knowledge regarding Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge regarding Elastic Stack – Elastic Search, Logstash, Kibana. APM Application Performance, metrics & Uptime.
• Knowledge regarding Linux RHEL and Ubuntu
