Job Description:

Responsibilities :- Guides and coaches the team on delivering high quality software applications.- Gets the team to a high performing level by recognizing KPIs, employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.- Responsible for ensuring scrum is understood and the team adheres to scrum theory, practice and guidelines as well as agile methodology.- Responsible for organizing JIRA and its process.- Responsible for creating and delegating tasks appropriately and ensuring the team works on the right tasks at the right time.- Ensure the team is fully deployed and has no idle time.- Working closely with the product owner, product team, project manager and development team to translate epic stories and other items on the release list into actionable tasks for the development team.- Contribute to enhance best practices in the development team for better business processes.- Innovative and creative thinker both technical and business process flow.- Flexible and easily adaptable to a fast-paced environment.- Can work independently and as part of a team- Can work and handle multiple projects and/or teamsQualifications: - At least 3 years experience in exemplifying and promoting Agile values and principles to software development teams- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills- Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques- Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teamsPerks:- Health Insurance after the 3rd month- Quarterly bonus- Profit-sharing by the end of the year- Free shift meal- Free snacks
