Product Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive product initiatives from inception through execution. You will be responsible on the following areas:

• Identify product development opportunities, delivering product enhancements and solving user pain points.

• Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship product/features in a timely manner

• Work closely with the development, design and operations teams to execute the product roadmap

• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from identifying user needs, planning the business case to creating products and services that are valuable, usable and feasible

• Gain a deep understanding of the user experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

• Provide product updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management for B2B or Enterprise products

• Bachelor or Master’s in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent

• Significant technical depth and experience working with development teams

• Experience shipping and iterating on successful software products at scale

• Strong project management skills: ability to prioritize high impact activities

• Hands-on experience with product development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana or Trello

• Data driven, impact driven and highly analytical. Preferably someone with deep experience in data and customer insight driven product management.

• Prior experience with retail or E-Commerce is a plus
