Human Resources Officer (SM City Mindpro)

Job Description

Implement and otherwise ensure proper implementation within the mall or branch level, all processes and procedures derived from policies and guidelines, plans and programs, as well as, enunciated strategic directions that impact on Human Resource administration and operations within the areas of recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, personnel and labor relations, organizational development, training, performance management and other related human resource functions in order to provide and achieve appropriate and productive working relationships among management and its employees within the mall.

Requirement

• BS/BA Degree in Human Resources, Management, Philosophy, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Law or any related course
• At least 3 Years of Experience in Human Resources Management
• Knowledge in recruitment processes, compensation and benefits processes or employee relations related work.
• Open to work on-site for any of the malls: SM City Zamboanga, SM City Mindpro
