WAREHOUSE PHARMACIST

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and supervise the incoming medical products and ensure the quality and standards of these products and supplies are as per the regulatory requirements.
• Ensure medical products and supplies are stored correctly as per standard warehouse running documents and procedures.
• Ensure the warehouse temperature levels are set at appropriate levels by keeping a daily track.
• Arrange for distribution of the medical products and supplies to various destinations by picking, sorting, packing, and dispatching products.
• Analyses inventory levels, inventory positioning, correct inventory system, verify the accuracy and troubleshoots immediate inventory inaccuracies.
• Keep stock control systems up to date, plan future capacity requirements.
• Manage and ensure the rejected, damaged, and expired stock are disposed of, as per the waste disposal process.
• Ensure quality, delivery budget, and environmental objectives are met.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment.
• Communicates with supervisor, vendors, staff to resolve any problems and/or concerns.
• Provides information and assistance for inventory policies and/or procedures.
• Produce reports and statistics, as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Preferably have at least 1 year of working experience in a similar role
• Professional License in Pharmacy is required
• Any training/certification in Pharmacy Services/Programs is not required but a plus
• Good skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Attention to detail and excellent numeric accuracy.
• Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs.
• Good team working & communication skills
• Fair knowledge understanding of the entire Warehouse process and the logistics, supply chain sector.
• Good knowledge of Medical Products and supplies.
• Ability to understand and follow organizational procedures.
• Amenable to work in Parañaque in an office-based setup.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
