Proficient in all facets of HR/Admin
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experienced in:
- Recruitment
- Compensation and Benefits
- Learning and Development
- Employee Relations
- Engagement and Performance Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management and the like
- Minimum of 3 year experience as HR Supervisor in all facets of HR/Admin (General HR/Generalist)
- Familiar with the use of HRIS is a PLUS
- Preferably with experience working in IT/Software Development Industries
