What you'll do:

As a Finance Manager, you will oversee the company's financial operations, including managing the general ledger, financial and statutory reporting, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, payroll, and financial reporting for projects and departments.

You will work with the Finance Director to improve systems and reporting methods, providing detailed project-level and overall department-level financial analysis.

You will also lead and support the team based in the Philippines, acting as the main contact for the client team working with our Host Employer, Integrated OS. This role works closely with the Finance Director and reports to the company's directors.

Finance Department

• Financial Reporting Management
• Management of Monthly Close Processes
• Contribution to Annual EOFY Close & Reporting
• Monthly P&L Report Based on Service Stream
• Management Cashflow Reporting Preparation & Daily Update
• WIP & Prepayment Process Preparation of GL upload
• Management AR & AP Ledgers
• Management Fixed Asset Financial Register
• Management Project Performance reporting across WSPs various IT systems

General Ledger Management

• Chart of Accounts Administration
• Payroll System (Back-end) Administration
• EOFY General Ledger Reconciliations
• Oversight of Ongoing Bank Reconciliation
• Oversight of Monthly Credit Card Reconciliation
• Oversight of Financial Data transfer from SimPRO maintenance job system
• Oversight of Job On-costs Transfer Process

Statutory Financial Reporting Management

• Oversight Preparation & Reconciliation BAS Returns Quarterly
• Oversight PAYG Process Monthly
• Oversight Superannuation Process - Monthly
• Oversight Payroll Tax Returns All States Annually
• Oversight Payroll Tax Returns All States Monthly
• Oversight Superannuation Process Monthly
• Oversight Long Service Leave Returns All States Quarterly
• Oversight Work Cover Returns All States Annually

Operations Department

• Oversight Un-invoiced jobs Reporting Monthly
• Oversight Overtime & Non-Job Cost Payroll Reporting Quarterly
• Project Internal Plant Costing potential process to be developed
• Oversight Coding of Host Employee Timesheets & Invoicing
• Support & Redundancy of Payroll Reporting for the HR Team
• Support & Redundancy of Field View Forms Administration
• Support & Redundancy of Ad hoc Operations Reports Creation/Automation
• Support of Investigation Reporting Specifically driven by director interest

Business Systems

• Support & Redundancy for Administration of WSPs various IT systems & licences
• Current JobPac & FieldView, MS365, Lentune, Smartsheet, Adobe, Antivirus Software
• Support & Redundancy for Systems Issues Troubleshooting
• Support for New Systems and User Testing
• Ad hoc Systems Projects Data Migration, Settings Update, Security Review
• Oversight of Employee On-boarding and Offboarding Payroll & Other Systems
• Systems Set-up JP, Lentune, FV, Adobe, simPRO
• Set-up In Payroll System

Other

• Overseas-based finance department team - reports to this role
• Collaboration on recruitment of overseas administration staff.

Successful candidates must have:

• Over 5 years of experience in financial management with a formal qualification in business administration, management, or similar fields.
• Expertise in MS Office Suite and advanced knowledge of ERP systems and General Ledger.
• Proficient in business financial reporting, analysis, and IT system development related to financial management.
• Experience with financial reporting systems like JobPac or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger functions, reporting requirements, and transactional-level operations.
• Ability to manage and provide guidance on systems like JobPac, SmartSheet, Field View, Simpro, and others as needed.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including creating new financial report sets.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development to adapt to advancements in IT and financial reporting systems.
• Leadership skills to oversee the Finance Department and contribute to a positive company culture.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• CPA qualification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience with payroll system financial functions.

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
• Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
