Deputy Accounting Manager

This position will be under COTS FREIGHT INTERNATIONAL, INC.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight: Manage company funds, review daily cash positions, and ensure accurate bank reconciliations.
• Payroll and Tax: Administer employee payroll, coordinate foreign currency purchases, and handle tax compliance returns.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including trial balances and income statements.
• Accounting Systems: Maintain accurate financial records in SAP or other accounting software.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or 5 years in related responsibilities.
• Strong sense of urgency and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP or other accounting software (preferred).
• Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting (preferred).
