Qualifications
- Promotes and sells personalized spa experiences while ensuring seamless coordination and communication across hotel departments.
- Applies revenue management strategies and market insights to maximize revenue opportunities and business performance.
- Ensures exceptional guest and member satisfaction by upholding the highest standards of safety, service excellence, and luxury hospitality.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a degree in Hospitality or Business Administration is an asset.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in spa management with comprehensive knowledge of Spa operations is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills, guest-focused with a passion for excellence.
- Strong knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office application and spa management.
