Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc. Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance. Coordinate moving/possession schedules. Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process. Enter all client information into the client database.
