JOB FUNCTIONS: 1.Prepares electrical designs, layouts, cost estimates, and technical specifications for office buildings, facilities, and special projects; 2.Supervises installation, inspection, and testing of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures; 3.Conducts preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical installations to ensure uninterrupted power supply and safety of facilities; 4.Ensures compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code, safety standards, and government regulations; 5.Provides technical advice on energy conservation, electrical load management, and sustainability practices; 6.Coordinates with contractors, suppliers, and other service providers during project implementation; 7.Prepares accomplishment and monitoring reports for electrical works and related infrastructure projects; 8.Assists in procurement processes by preparing technical specifications, reviewing bids, and evaluating contractor performance; 9.Maintains updated records of electrical plans, permits, as-built drawings, and certifications; 10.Performs other related tasks as may be assigned; 11.Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Head of the Office and supervisor.Applicants should be guided on the following
