Sr. Video Creative

Job Description

• Review and interpret storyboards
  
• Creatively execute video materials, i.e. cutting, animation, scoring and sound design, color grading, etc.
  
• Participate in production activities, which include but is not limited to: lighting direction, camera operation, and recording.
  
• Ensure that equipment and files are secured and accounted for after every shoot
  
• Provide expert recommendations for shoot and post-production executions during pre-production alignments
  
• Guide junior members as needed
  
• Properly manage all video files
  
  
  

Requirements

• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, etc.)
  
• Proven production and post-production skills with strong portfolio
  
• Must have at least 5 years of working experience in the related field

Requirements
- With at least 3-4 years of work experience in production, research, and editing - Should be able to manage multiple projects - Has excellent problem-solving skills - Must be strategic with strong negotiating and interpersonal skills - Has excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino - Candidates must be willing to work on-site if required, but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
