Treasury Analyst (Project Based)

Job Description

:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to join finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing payroll processes, financial reporting, and system enhancements in distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in administering payroll and benefits for advisors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

2. Prepare and analyze payroll reports to support disbursements

3. Compile and analyze advisor withholding tax reports, ensuring reconciliation with source documents and the general ledger.

4. Generate and process ad hoc reports, including Advisor's Clearance, Advisor's Certificate, and Branch Fund reports.

5. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ACBU's projects, initiatives, and system enhancements to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.

6. Handle inquiries from advisors and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with payroll systems and financial reporting (preferred)
