Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or related field (preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience managing a healthcare or skin care facility
• Strong knowledge of skin care laser treatments and technologies
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to develop and execute marketing and business strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in medical settings
• Financial management and budgeting experience
