Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will :
Handle incoming calls with empathy and confidence
Understand and assess customer needs to deliver helpful solutions
Resolve issues using critical thinking and great communication

What We’re Looking For
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
At least SHS Graduate
Willing to work the night shift and on a shifting schedule
Strong English communication skills
Detail-oriented and reliable
Self-motivated and committed to learning
Team player with integrity
Resourceful and fast learner
