HR Employee Engagement Officer

Job Responsibilities • Plans, organizes, and facilitates employee engagement such as company events and activities • Assists in conducting due process in handling offenses committed by an employee • Assist the HR Manager and other departments in the administration of disciplinary actions • Drafts and impose company memos and notices • Ensures the proper and timely processing and issuance of employee documents/forms • Process exit management (Clearance, exit interview) Job Qualifications • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or equivalent • Must have at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience • Must have experience in planning, organizing and other company activities • Must be flexible, keen to details, and can work under pressure and minimal supervision • Must be proficient in MS Office • Must be willing to work overtime as necessary • Must have very good oral and written communication skills • Must have very good interpersonal skills and be comfortable in dealing with employees across all levels in the organization • Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
