JOB DESCRIPTION

Under immediate supervision, facilitates payments of communication services utilities under 140 accounts and utilities through preparation of disbursement vouchers and monitoring/tracking of payments.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Acts as Section Head of the Account Management and Bills Payment Section; supervises the section staff.

2. Prepares vouchers/payments, facilitates Corporate Postpaid Landline and Mobile Line Accounts; Electric and Water Utility Accounts Bills of the DSWD C.O.

3. Prepares monthly reports for the monitoring and reconciliation of payments made

4. Prepares certifications for the telephone calls made; follow up certifications of call per account; reviews personal calls made based on the submitted certification and prepares thru salary deduction of official/employees concerned;

5. Provides technical assistance on concerns of OBSUS and coordinates with service providers relative to problems, complaints, and other concerns of the same;

6. Prepares Airline and Utilities Expenses Quarterly Reports;

7. Coordinates with service providers and Offices through emails/letters;

8. Prepares/drafts communications/guidelines/project proposals;

9. Performs other tasks and designations as may be assigned.

Top five (5) highest rating but overall rating
should not be less than 80%

If two (2) or more vacant positions with the same title and Salary Grade are published at the same time, and there is only one (1) longlist of applicants provided by HRMDS, additional two (2) applicants for every Regular Position will be added on top five (5) highest rating. However, all the additional shortlisted positions should meet the 80% cut off.

9. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.
