Solutions Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). This role is responsible for defining architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements, and guiding functional and technical teams through successful implementation and integration projects.

The ideal candidate brings deep product knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O, broad experience in finance and supply chain processes, and the ability to lead solution strategy across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, covering finance, supply chain, and related modules.
• Translate business needs into technical and functional architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with best practices.
• Define data migration, integration, and reporting strategies, leveraging Azure services and complementary Microsoft technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts, consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Lead functional and technical design workshops, proof of concepts, and solution reviews.
• Provide architectural guidance on system enhancements, security design, and performance optimization.
• Support governance, quality assurance, and project delivery methodologies.
• Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates, ensuring architecture decisions are future-proof and support innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting or enterprise solution delivery, with at least 5 years in Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX.
• Strong understanding of finance, procurement, inventory, and supply chain business processes.
• Experience with integration frameworks, data migration tools (e.g., Data Management Framework), and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions), LCS, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead teams, influence decisions, and manage architectural trade-offs in large-scale implementations.
