A List Therapy Group is a leading provider of home health therapy services across Southern California. We serve over 200 hospitals and agencies, and coordinate care for thousands of patients through a team of 500+ therapists and support staff.
As we continue to scale, we are hiring a full-time Operations Manager to take over day-to-day execution, team performance, and operational accountability so the CEO can focus on growth and leadership.
Position Overview
This is a critical leadership role. You will oversee virtual teams, enforce accountability, manage therapist staffing and case management operations, and build systems that drive consistency and performance.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t need to be told twice, who spots inefficiencies fast, and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, remote healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations across therapist staffing, case management, and support team coordination
Oversee and manage performance of offshore team members (VAs, case managers, coordinators)
Create and enforce SOPs, quality assurance measures, and therapist compliance protocols
Monitor and report key performance indicators (referral turnaround time, therapist engagement, note submission rates, agency communication response time)
Run daily or weekly team check-ins and one-on-one performance reviews as needed
Resolve problems proactively without requiring CEO involvement
Collaborate with the CEO weekly to align priorities, report performance, and implement strategic improvements
What Success Looks Like
Therapists are responsive, reliable, and compliant with documentation
Case managers are trained, accountable, and delivering high-touch service to agencies
Offshore team runs smoothly without daily CEO intervention
Operational systems and training programs are clear, enforceable, and scalable
Qualifications
3+ years of operations leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, staffing, or high-volume virtual environments with US companies.
Prior experience managing remote teams (international or domestic)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using tools like WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and Make.com
Proven ability to create systems, hold teams accountable, and drive measurable improvements
Experience with healthcare documentation, case management, or compliance (preferred but not required)

Compensation & Benefits
100,000 to 125,000 PHP pesos annual salary (based on experience)
