Sr. Finance Manager

Are you an experienced finance leader with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for strategy and risk management? We're looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our growing team!

About the Role:

As our Senior Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing corporate liquidity, investments, and risk management. This position is responsible for all aspects of cash management, from forecasting and reconciliations to optimizing financial systems and reporting to senior leadership.

You will provide leadership and guidance to ensure our financial operations are timely, accurate, and in full compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day cash management operations and bank relationships

• Monitor and forecast cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly)

• Analyze variances and develop strategies to optimize the company’s cash position

• Oversee investment, loan, and risk procedures

• Liaise with banks and maintain secure financial records

• Support financial reporting and cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Project Mgmt., etc.)

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax planning and submissions

• Continuously improve internal systems and reporting processes

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the President
  

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)

  At least 8 years of related experience, with 3 years in a supervisory or lead role

  CPA or MBA preferred (but not required depending on experience)

  Strong understanding of GAAP and financial risk management

  Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

  Tech-savvy with experience in financial systems and tools
