Job Description

This dynamic role combines strategic marketing with hands-on sales responsibility. You’ll drive both property sales and land acquisition initiatives to achieve growth targets. This position offers creative direction and results-driven leadership in the thriving UK property sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential developments
  • Lead social media presence and digital marketing initiatives to showcase premium properties
  • Build and maintain relationships with landowners and potential development partners
  • Manage end-to-end sales process for residential properties
  • Create compelling content and campaigns to attract both property buyers and landowners
  • Drive land acquisition initiatives through strategic outreach and relationship building
  • Oversee CRM management and pipeline development
  • Lead sales meetings and presentations with key stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of UK property development market
