Automation Supervisor

Description:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering

Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in an Electronics Manufacturing environment

Job Description:

• Lead and supervise design teams to develop machines that meet operational windows aligned with commissioning and manufacturing requirements.

• Collaborate closely with clients to gather and define design requirements and specifications.

• Plan, develop, and execute mechanical designs using advanced CAD/CAM and 3D modeling software, specifically SolidWorks.

• Provide project leadership focused on improving existing manufacturing-related products and processes.

• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, detailed design specifications, and operational manuals.

• Manage project timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

• Report project status and progress regularly to senior engineers and management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and guide design teams effectively.

• Proficient in advanced CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and experienced in overseeing complex design projects.

• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and multi-task management.

• Competent in preparing and delivering technical reports and conducting design reviews.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and perform well under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.

• Willingness to be assigned at the FPIP site.
