FBL Analyst-Operations

Department: Supply Chain & Logistics Location: Philippines Department: Supply Chain & Logistics Location: Philippines Job Description 1、Oversee daily FBL and MCL operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.
2、Manage inventory levels through close coordination with brands to both FBL and MCL to ensure on time delivery of stocks to minimize platform out-stock.
3、Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to streamline processes and meet delivery deadlines.
4、Maintain warehouse KPIs, and to identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
5、Handle systems and tools implementation and optimizing their usage
6、Anticipate and resolve operational issues, proactively communicating with stakeholders to minimize disruptions.
5、Assist in the onboarding and training of new sellers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of FBL and MCL processes. Job Requirements 1、Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse E-commerce operations,
3、Solid understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control practices.
4、Strong analytical skills to interpret data
5、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various departments.
