Manager - Business and Tax Advisory

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Business & Tax Advisory team. This role involves managing client engagements, providing high-quality tax and accounting solutions, and supporting the development of junior team members. You will also play an active part in business development and collaboration across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on Australian tax and accounting to a diverse client base, including SMEs, family-owned businesses, trusts, partnerships, subsidiaries, and small entities.

• Lead client engagements from planning to delivery, ensuring quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Mentor and coach junior team members while contributing to their professional growth.

• Develop and expand your expertise across tax compliance and advisory services.

• Participate in client presentations, senior meetings, and networking to support business development.

• Collaborate across the firm to deliver innovative and effective solutions for clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Australian tax legislation and accounting standards.

• 45 years of relevant experience in a corporate or professional services environment.

• CA or equivalent qualification (or working toward completion).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to build professional relationships and deliver high-quality client service.

• Initiative, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a changing business environment.

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
