We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our Philippines Team, based in the Philippines.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Perform mechanical design work including analysis, evaluation, design reports, calculations, and drawings in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Apply engineering techniques using recognized standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, and HVAC design codes.
• Deliver HVAC design solutions compliant with local and international regulations.
• Support fire safety objectives through coordinated design and collaboration with internal teams.
• Present engineering solutions during concept and schematic design stages.
• Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed design reports
• Produce design mark‑ups, calculations, material quantity take‑offs (as required), technical specifications, and other design documentation

What you will bring to the team:

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical design experience.
• Strong experience in HVAC systems engineering and design.
• Proven experience in building services design across sectors such as high‑rise, commercial, residential, retail, healthcare, industrial, and refurbishment projects.
• Knowledge of heat load calculations and design software such as HAP, IES, or similar.
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM360, and related tools.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (office‑based and work‑from‑home)

This job offer can be based either in Makati, Quezon City, or in our office in Cebu, depending on your home base/location.
