We are hiring Chief Medical Officer - CMO!

Join our leadership team as Chief Medical Officer and help shape the future of quality healthcare delivery. This is a key executive role responsible for overseeing clinical operations ensuring regulatory compliance and driving patient safety and service excellence across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage medical departments ensuring quality patient care and clinical excellence
Drive implementation of clinical protocols aligned with DOH and PhilHealth standards
Collaborate with hospital executives in planning and improving healthcare services
Oversee physician credentialing training and performance evaluation
Lead medical risk management patient safety and compliance initiatives

Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine MD licensed to practice in the Philippines
At least 10 years of clinical experience with 5 years in a leadership role
Strong background in hospital operations medical policy and quality assurance
Experience working with DOH PhilHealth and healthcare regulatory standards
Excellent leadership decision making and communication skills
