We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Designer to join our Civil Infrastructure business group. This role will play a key part in the delivery of high‑quality infrastructure projects across a range of sectors, supporting project teams through strong technical expertise, design leadership, and mentorship of junior designers and drafters.
What You’ll Do
Lead the preparation of detailed civil designs and drawings using CAD tools, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements and standards.
Review and coordinate design outputs, incorporating required design features and resolving design issues as they arise.
Contribute to and drive design improvements that enhance constructability, functionality, and overall project outcomes.
Support and guide junior designers and drafters as required.
What You Will Bring to the Team
Proven experience as a Senior Civil Designer within civil infrastructure projects.
Strong technical capability in civil design and drafting, with the ability to provide guidance on best practices and standards
Demonstrated ability to mentor, support, and guide junior designers and drafters, helping to build capability and improve design quality across the team.
Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with project managers, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams.
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, quality, and constructability.
