📍 Location: Ortigas, Pasig
⏰ Work Mode: Onsite (6 months) → Work From Home
💼 Role: Customer Support Specialist - Student Enrollment Advisor
What You’ll Do:
📞 Make targeted outbound calls to student applicants to boost confirmations and enrollments.
💬 Provide excellent customer service across phone, email, and chat platforms.
📚 Guide students through the application and enrollment process with clear and accurate information.
📩 Respond to inquiries and assist students with their concerns in a timely manner.
⏱️ Meet agreed service level commitments and performance targets.
🗂️ Ensure accurate data entry and maintain data integrity at all times.
🔄 Support additional tasks as needed based on business requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ At least 2–3 years of BPO experience in Customer Service.
✅ Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
✅ Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
✅ Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
✅ Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated.
✅ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
✅ Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig for the first 6 months before transitioning to WFH.
