Role Overview: We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.

You will serve as a key point of contact, providing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across various channels.

• What You’ll Be Doing: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries across various communication channels.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all customer interactions.

Utilize available resources and internal tools to provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns.

Address and resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of service quality.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of concerns.

Accurately document customer interactions in the system and follow-up.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service.

Escalate complex or unresolved concerns following established procedures and guidelines.
