PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leader GBS P2P (AP)

• Process Assuring high quality of service delivery based on Service Level Agreements and agreed KPIsFirst contact for issues escalation within P2P process (AP)Cooperation with Internal and External Audit
• Performing P2P (AP) controls
• Advising other team members in terms of P2P(AP) process matters
• Introduce Improvements within P2P process (AP)
• Coordination:
• Coordinate completion of P2P (AP) processes
• Delegate tasks
• Distribute the workload and supervise the team in day to day operations
• Managing HR Matters
• Communicate deadlines
• Monitor the team performance
• Resolve or escalate any process issuesAttend and lead team meetingsPrepare reportsBuilding relationship with the countries during day to day operations
• Communication:
• point of contact to the affiliates management
• report to FSSC manager
• provide the guideline to the team based on the management decisions
• Motivation:
• Motivate team members
• Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve or escalate any issues
• Suggest and organize team building activities
• Create a positive team environment
