Automation Engineer

Responsibilities : - Design and Development : Design, develop, and implement automated systems and processes for manufacturing and production lines, ensuring they meet quality standards and improve efficiency.- Programming : Create and maintain PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programs, HMI (Human-Machine Interface) configurations, and other automation software for various equipment and machinery.- Multi-Axis Robots & Pneumatics : Design and integrate multi-axis robotic systems and pneumatic components into production processes, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.- System Integration : Integrate automated systems with existing production equipment, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in designing and implementing automated systems in a manufacturing environment.- Experience with CAD software for designing automated systems.- Strong understanding of multi-axis robotic systems, pneumatics, industrial control systems, sensors, actuators, and robotics.- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.- Knowledge of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and smart manufacturing technologies.- Experience working in a global team environment.
