Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Everise Cubao, you will be the first point of contact for customers of international and local accounts. Your role is to provide professional, accurate, and friendly support through phone, email, or chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver excellent service with every interaction.

This is an entry-level opportunity with complete training provided — ideal for fresh graduates, career shifters, or first-time BPO applicants who want to start their career in Quezon City.

Key Responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a helpful manner

Provide accurate information about products, services, and accounts

Assist customers with billing, troubleshooting, and order-related concerns

Handle complaints with empathy and resolve issues efficiently

Update and document customer records in the system

Work with teammates and supervisors to achieve performance targets

Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service in every engagement

Qualifications

At least Senior High School Graduate (old curriculum HS graduates also welcome)

Good English communication skills (oral and written)

Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate systems quickly

Willing to work onsite at Everise Cubao, Quezon City

Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply

BPO experience is an advantage but not required
