We are looking for customer-focused and motivated Call Center Agents to join our growing team! As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and / or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service that builds trust and satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Make outbound calls to assist customers, follow up on concerns, or promote services.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems, exploring solutions, and ensuring proper resolution.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Meet daily / weekly performance targets such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines to maintain service quality.
Work collaboratively with team members and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Qualifications :
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or at least 2 years completed in college.
Previous BPO or customer service experience preferred (but not always required for entry-level roles).
Good to excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume calls.
Flexible to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Willing to work onsite / remote (depending on account).
