What will you do?

TheSenior Civil Designer / Modelerwill play a key technical role in project delivery, applying their expertise in civil design and modeling to develop high-quality solutions. This role involves designing roads, carparks, earthworks, drainage, utility services, water and sewer systems, and pavements, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and ANZ-based stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

• Prepare and review detailed civil design drawings, models, and documentation usingAutoCAD,12d,Civil 3D, and other relevant design tools.
• Develop and manage 3D models to support project execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, surveyors, and planners, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Ensure designs meet client specifications, ANZ standards or similar, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical reporting.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are achieved.
• Mentor junior designers and review their work for technical accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with ANZ-based stakeholders and clients for project updates and reviews.
• Stay updated with ANZ design standards, codes, and best practices.
• Support tender preparation, cost estimation, and technical proposals when required.

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and actively pursue continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:

• Relevant tertiary Engineering qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of design experience with a background and interest in roads, carparks, earthworks, drainage, utility services designs, pavement design, and related civil infrastructure.
• Proven skills in design and documentation of civil infrastructure to ANZ standards or similar.
• Proficiency in industry design software, including 12d, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering design standards and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, teamwork, and self-motivation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a remote or multi-location team setting.
