The Breach Support Representative’s primary focus is handling inbound phone calls from consumers who are eligible for Etech’s products and services as well as phone calls from Etech’s program administrators. They will provide web support for online users and will also be responsible for Tier 1 customer service support for breach members.

  • Earn $4.00 USD per hour
  • Work from the comfort of your home
  • Must work a minimum of 30 hrs per week.
  • Set your own flexible schedule between Monday-Friday 8am-530pm CST²

  • Must be proficient in MS Office, i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (listening, verbal, written)
  • Completed at least High School education
  • Must complete the project duration which is from Certification Day 1 to Dec 23rd, 2025
  • Project Duration is subject to change depending on business needs.
  • Must complete 6 hrs of Self-Learn Module as part of the Certification process.
