Job Summary:
The position has specialist responsibility for Decorative area/function on behalf of the unit. This entails possessing the expertise within all relevant areas, as well as contributing and advising on specialist matters of expertise, to ensure that Company operates within applicable current regulations.
Key Job responsibilities include:
- Create new customers by analysing the market, plan visits to potential customers, swift response on quotations and inquiries in order to secure growth and increase market share
- To follow up and monitor Key Dealers/Projects closely by ensuring Jotun's products are used to achieve targeted sales budget
- Maintain customer relationship by regular visits, responding to enquiries and providing advice on product selection to achieve sales budget.
- Follow up and monitor customers on proper pricing and payment to reduce Days of sales outstanding and to achieve the targeted gross margin
- Coordinate with internal departments like: Customer Service, Marketing and Production to ensure high quality of service is provided
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering course or equivalent
- With minimum of 5 3 years working experience in the same capacity
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development within construction or paint industry
- Willingness to travel nationwide and across country for trainings and meetings
