Job description

The Inventory Officer is responsible for overseeing the organization's inventory, ensuring accurate records, & preventing discrepancies of the stocks.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Inventory Management
Preparation of requested items
Handling new stocks
Asyst Transactions
Generate sales order report
Purchase request of advance items
Purchase request for replenishment
Purchase order
Releasing items for operation use.
Receiving of items for pull-out.
Inventory control
Stock Monitoring
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the inventory system.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in any business course, I.T., Computer Engineering, or its equivalent.

With at least 2-3 years relevant experience as an inventory officer or related field.

Must have knowledge of inventory management.

Knowledge of any inventory management software is an advantage.

Has attention to detail and organizational skills.

Has good communication skills

Ability to work in a team and independently.

Ability to handle a team.
