Key Responsibilities :
Recruit and activate new agents through various channels (advertising, networking, referrals).
Conduct interviews, evaluations, and onboarding sessions.
Provide training, guidance, and performance support to agents.
Maintain strong relationships and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
Experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role—preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Organized, proactive, and goal-driven.
