POSITION The  Architectural Designer will report to the Executive Managing Director, Asset Management. LOCATION We are seeking an  Architectural Designer to join our team remotely from the Philippines. This position will work during US Pacific business hours .   DUTIES   Prepare tenant improvement schematic floor plans as required by prospect tenants. Create renderings for building exterior and interior improvements. Prepare tenant improvement design and / or develop a set of drawings for permit. Prepare basic structural construction details. Transform existing pdf / jpg floor plans / site plans / designs into working CAD documents. Create marketing flyers for properties. Design leasing banners and signs. Assist in updating and maintaining Company website’s design as requested. QUALIFICATIONS   Latin honors (cum laude or better) from a reputable university. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Minimum of three years of full-time work experience. Strong skills in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver. Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript. Excellent English communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
