This role focuses on maintaining system performance, responding to alerts and incidents, managing cloud platforms, backups, endpoint security, and ensuring business continuity through proactive monitoring and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and customer support, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Do:
🎯 Deliver proactive managed IT services across multiple client environments.
🖥️ Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve alerts, incidents, and escalated technical issues.
📊 Perform Network Operations Centre (NOC) monitoring activities to maintain system availability.
💾 Manage backups, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions.
🔒 Administer endpoint security, antivirus solutions, and patch management across Windows, Mac, Linux, and third-party applications.
⚙️ Manage maintenance activities while minimizing operational risks and downtime.
🎫 Monitor and manage service tickets to ensure timely resolution and service delivery.
📈 Analyze events and alerts to reduce recurring incidents and eliminate false positives.
👥 Support client onboarding processes and service modifications.
🤖 Develop automation and process improvements to enhance monitoring and operational efficiency.
✅ Complete daily operational workflows, system checks, and documentation requirements.
What We're Looking For:
✅ Proven experience supporting or managing Microsoft-based IT environments.
✅ Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Google Workspace.
✅ Hands-on experience with RMM tools and infrastructure monitoring platforms.
✅ Experience with backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions such as Kaseya Spanning, Acronis, or Axcient.
✅ Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.
✅ Basic knowledge of Apple macOS, iPhone, and iPad support.
✅ Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and endpoint technologies.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-management skills with the ability to troubleshoot using monitoring metrics.
✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
✅ Strong written communication skills for customer-facing documentation and email correspondence.
✅ Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
✅ Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently on installations, projects, and technical initiatives.
